Striping
Pavement markings is a form of communicating to the public where they should park, arrows to direct traffic direction, handy cap symbols for people with disabilities, hashes to indicate cross walks, light basins painted yellow, and curbs painted which identifies “Fire Lane” and “No Parking”. North Pine Property Maintenance does all of this and more. We also do custom made markings such as “Customer Parking Only”, “Visitor Parking Only” or what your needs require. Our striping team also installs signs such as “Handi Cap”, “No Parking”, “Curb Side To Go”, or any sign you need, we can get them custom made. We are able to stripe when the temperature as low as 35 degrees at 80% humidity with a dry time of 10 to 15 minutes. We will work with you and your schedule to minimize interruptions.
