North Pine Warranty
Plant Material Warranty
NP has a one (1) year warranty period (starts day of invoice) on all plant material that we plant and has been properly cared for (regular watering, proper mulch thickness, etc). NP warranty does not cover plant material against vandalism, natural disasters, neglect, annual flowers, and/or ground cover. NP has a ONE TIME replacement policy on trees, shrubs, and perennials which includes the cost of labor and plant materials.
Sod Warranty
NP has a thirty (30) day warranty period (starts day of invoice) on new installation of sod. NP warranty does not cover the new sod against vandalism, natural disasters, and neglect. Proper watering practices MUST have been maintained by the customer. NP has a ONE TIME replacement policy on new sod which includes the cost labor and new sod.
Hardscape Warranty
NP has a one (1) year warranty period (starts day of invoice) on all hardscape projects (which is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty). Colored and/or died concrete products, discoloration of concrete material is excluded for NP's hardscape warranty.
Irrigation Warranty
NP has a two (2) year warranty on parts and a one (1) year warranty on labor providing that NP services, maintains, start-up, and winterization of the irrigation system.
Asphalt Patch and Repair Warranty
NP has a one (1) year warranty on all patch and repairs. Our warranty covers labor and materials, and does not cover asphalt repairs that are made in front of dumpsters, or heavy semi truck usage areas.
Seal Coating Warranty
NP has a one (1) year warranty (starts day of invoice) on all properties that are sealed and a two (2) year warranty on a second application on drive lanes and in front of stores. Fading on high used drive lanes and in front of stores is to be expected. Our warranty covers labor and materials.
Crack Fill Warranty
NP has a one (1) year warranty on cracks that are filled “as is” and a two (2) year warranty on cracks that are “routed”. The warranty period starts on the date stated on the invoice. All labor and materials are covered during the warranty period.
Striping Warranty
NP has a one (1) year warranty on stripes. Warranty period starts on the date stated on the invoice. Ask about our heavy use/industrial warranty. Our warranty covers labor and materials from the date stated on the invoice.
